Supermarkets and Obesity

I was truly shocked this afternoon as I wondered round the supermarket, when I came across a whole aisle dedicated entirely to chocolate for Easter, which is not for another 2 months. That's about 20 meters of chocolate (7 shelves high), and don't forget the other aisles that we see all year round dedicated to sugary snacks including crisps, biscuits, cakes and more chocolate.

No wonder so many people in this country are over weight and obese. People are likely to buy their Easter chocolates now (excuse: must get organised) and not be able to wait until April to eat them, so they then have to buy more....the supermarkets are very cunning.
